For many cases the Collaborative Approach makes good sense. Attorneys and Judges should be excited about Collaborative Law but the real benefactor is you – the client! You can now resolve your case without going to war and usually for a lot less emotional turmoil and financial expense.  
 
Instead of going to war, Collaborative Law involves a cooperative team approach to solving problems. The parties agree to reveal all relevant information, present their concerns respectfully, and cooperate in solving issues. This approach works particularly well in Family Law cases. Typically the Collaborative Approach results in the parties achieving a different relationship without the antagonism and conflict found in Traditional Law.
